ИНГРЕДИЕНТЫ

  • 1 кг сливы
  • 1.5 кг сахара
  • 1 стручок ванили

ПОШАГОВЫЙ РЕЦЕПТ ПРИГОТОВЛЕНИЯ

Шаг 1

Наколите кожу слив вилкой, сложите их в просторную миску и залейте кипятком так, чтобы сливы были полностью под водой.
Оставьте до того момента, когда вода станет комнатной температуры.

Шаг 2

Слейте воду, оставив в миске 1 л. Сварите из этой воды и сахара сироп, добавив к ним разрезанный вдоль стручок ванили.
