Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить вегетарианский картофельный рулет. Кроме шампиньонов можно взять вешенки или отварные лесные грибы. Также в качестве начинки можно использовать соевый фарш, консервированную чечевицу или просто овощную зажарку. Получается простое, но вкусное и сытное блюдо, которое прекрасно подойдет для повседневного меню. Подавать его можно и в холодном, и горячем виде.

Картофель — 6 Штук (среднего размера)
Мука — 3 Ст. ложки
Соль — По вкусу
Черный молотый перец — По вкусу
Шампиньоны — 450 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Зелень — 1/4 Пучка (укроп, петрушка)

Как приготовить «Вегетарианский картофельный рулет»
Лук нарежьте кубиками и обжарьте до золотистого цвета.
Шампиньоны нарежьте тоже кубиками, добавьте в сковороду и жарьте до испарения лишней влаги. Посолите и поперчите. В конце добавьте мелко порубленную зелень.
Смажьте пищевую пленку растительными маслом, выложите картофельное пюре. Накройте сверху еще одним слоем пленки и раскатайте массу в ровный прямоугольник.
Выложите ровным слоем начинку, по краям оставьте свободными по 2 см. Аккуратно скатайте рулет и переложите его на противень. Смажьте маслом, выпекайте в заранее разогретой до 180 градусов духовке до золотистого цвета. Примерно 20-25 минут.
