Нарезать кубиками вареную свеклу и морковь. Сложить в глубокую миску.

Туда же отправить нарезанный кубиками вареный картофель.

Соленые огурцы нарезать помельче. Квашеную капусту немного измельчить.

Обязательно нарезать лук и добавить к остальным ингредиентам.

А вот и секрет. В винегрет добавляют фасоль, горошек…А вы попробуйте добавить нут.

Посолить, поперчить и заправить подсолнечным маслом. Перемешать.

Вкусный и очень красивый винегрет готов. Приятного аппетита. Такой винегрет не стыдно подать даже на праздничный стол.
