Утка — 600 Грамм (части)
Айва — 2 Штуки
Капуста квашеная — 350 Грамм
Соль — 3 Щепотки
Перец черный молотый — 2 Щепотки

Как приготовить «Утка с айвой и квашеной капустой»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Можно запечь целую утку или приобрести части тушки в мясном магазине.
Квашеную капусту промойте в воде, выложите в форму для запекания. Промойте поверхность айвы от ворсистого слоя, используя жесткую сторону губки. Разрежьте на четыре части и вырежьте семена, промойте. Нарежьте мякоть ломтиками и выложите на капусту.
Промойте части утиной тушки, обсушите их бумажным полотенцем. Посолите и поперчите со всех сторон. Выложите на ломтики айвы.
Накройте форму сверху фольгой и запеките утку в разогретой до 200 градусов духовке примерно 40-50 минут. Затем фольгу снимите и подрумяньте мясо еще 5 минут.
Выложите на тарелки квашеную капусту и айву, на них — запеченную утку. Подайте к столу блюдо горячим. Источник
