  • 600 г самого мелкого “молодого” картофеля
  • 300 г филе лосося холодного копчения
  • 4 малосольных огурца
  • 2 ст. л. каперсов
  • соль, свежемолотый черный перец
  • укроп для украшения

Для заправки:

  • 1 банка икры мойвы
  • 100 г густого майонеза
  • сок и цедра половины лимона
  • половина небольшого пучка шнитт-лука

Нарежьте огурцы и срезанный с кожи лосось кубиками 1 см. Разрежьте каждый каперс пополам.

Шаг 4

Смешайте картофель с каперсами, лососем и огурцами. Приправьте перцем и еще солью, если необходимо. Поставьте в холодильник на 1 ч и подавайте, украсив укропом.
