Сода пищевая – 1 ч. л.

Соль – 1 щеп.

Как приготовить коржики:

1. Смешать миксером сахар с яйцами, добавить сметану с содой, соль и перемешать.

2. Всыпать частями муку и замесить тесто. Муки может понадобиться чуть больше, так как яйца могут быть более крупные, но забивать тесто мукой не стоит. Тесто получается довольно липким, домесить его нужно на рабочей поверхности присыпанной мукой.

3. Формируем руками, присыпанными мукой небольшие шарики и выкладываем их, немного приплюснув на лист для выпечки, выстеленный пергаментной бумагой, смазанной маслом на небольшом расстоянии друг от друга.

4. Сверху коржики нужно наколоть вилкой и поставить в разогретую духовку на температуру 180 градусов примерно на 30 минут.

Подавать такие коржики рекомендую с молочком, очень вкусно!
