Взбиваем холодные сливки до густоты. Добавляем сахарную пудру. Снова взбиваем. Добавляем холодный маскарпоне и взбиваем до густого крема. По желанию можно добавить Амаретто. Убираем в холодильник.

Шаг 2

Готовим кофе. У меня это свежесваренный. Расстилаем бумагу для выпечки. Окунаем печенье савоярди в кофе и выкладываем на бумагу. Сверху распределяем крем (я беру чуть больше половины).

Шаг 3

Посыпаем какао. С помощью бумаги сворачиваем в рулет и отправляем в холодильник на 2 часа. После распределяем оставшийся крем по рулету и посыпаем какао.
