Легкие и простые в приготовлении закуски получаются всегда очень вкусными и аппетитными. Сегодня мы приготовим брускетту в духовке, с сочными спелыми томатами, ароматным базиликом, специями.
Описание приготовления:
За основу возьмем самый вкусный багет, смажем его ароматным оливковым масло и запечем в духовке. Фишка нашей закуски — это помидоры, важно выбрать самые вкусные, спелые и сочные. Томаты и базилик — это гармоничное и удачное соединение, поэтому, хороший вкус обеспечен. Подавать закуску можно с чашечкой кофе или другими напитками, которые любит ваша семья.

Батон — 3 Ломтика
Сухой чеснок — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Масло оливковое — 3 Ст. ложки
Базилик — 2-3 Штук (листика)
Соль — По вкусу
Перец — По вкусу
Сахар — По вкусу
Количество порций: 1-2
Как приготовить «Брускетта в духовке»
Подготовьте ингредиенты. Выбирайте спелые и сочные помидоры.
Ломтики батона смажьте ароматным маслом. Духовку прогрейте до 200 градусов. Переложите батон на противень и запекайте по 10 минут с
каждой стороны. После посыпьте сухим чесноком, солью и перцем по вкусу.
Помидоры ополосните и просушите, нарежьте томаты как можно более мелкими кубиками.
Переложите помидоры в миску, добавьте нарезанный мелко базилик.
Всыпьте соль и перец по вкусу, добавьте щепотку сахара и оливковое масло. Перемешайте все.
Готовые ломтики батона выложите на тарелку.
Выложите поверх батона приготовленные томаты и сразу же подавайте брускетту к столу.
