Описание приготовления:
Булгур по этому рецепту получается рассыпчатым, но не сухим и очень ароматным. При желании можно добавить другие овощи и специи по своему вкусу. Печень с овощами солить лучше всего после приготовления, так как сырая печень не любит соль и становится жесткой.

Ингредиенты:
Печень куриная — 300 Грамм
Булгур — 200 Грамм
Вода — 500 Миллилитров
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Морковь — 1 Штука
Перец болгарский — 1 Штука
Масло растительное — 50 Миллилитров
Перец черный — По вкусу
Соль — По вкусу
Паприка — 1 Чайная ложка
Чеснок — 2 Зубчика

Как приготовить «Булгур с куриной печенью и овощами»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления булгура с куриной печенью и овощами. Овощи промойте, булгур отварите в соленой воде согласно инструкции.
В сковороду налейте растительное масло и выложите репчатый лук, порезанный тонкими перьями.
Морковь почистите и порежьте тонкой соломкой, выложите к луку. Обжаривайте все в течение 5 минут на среднем огне.
Посыпьте обжаренные овощи паприкой и черным перцем.
Болгарский перец очистите от плодоножки и семян, порежьте соломкой и добавьте в сковороду. Чеснок очистите, измельчите и добавьте к овощам, обжаривайте еще 3 минуты, перемешивая.
Куриную печень сполосните и порежьте пластинами. Перемешайте и обжаривайте все в течение 5-7 минут. Все посолите и поперчите.
Добавьте в сковороду с печенью и овощами, перемешайте. Влейте в сковороду воду, закройте крышкой и прогрейте все в течение 10 минут.
