Если же место хранения — кладовка в квартире, тогда обязательно простерилизуйте консервацию в кастрюле, на дно которой выложите тряпку, налейте воду и поставьте банку. По времени эта процедура должна занять 7-10 минут. И только после стерилизации закатайте банку крышкой.
