Готовим сегодня салат "Средиземноморский" с тунцом, со свежими салатными листьями, с томатами черри, кукурузой и перепелиными яйцами. Салат довольно легкий, прекрасно подойдет для диеты.

Описание приготовления:

Салат легко можно подавать даже на праздничный стол, сочетание ингредиентов дает довольно интересный и очень вкусный результат. Для заправки возьмем немного масла и лимонный сок, больше никаких ингредиентов здесь не нужно. Обязательно попробуйте рецепт этого салата.

Перепелиные яйца — 2-3 Штук
Масло оливковое — 1 Ст. ложка
Лимонный сок — 1 Ст. ложка

На тарелку выложите салатные листья.

Поверх листьев салата выложите кукурузу.

Томаты черри разрежьте пополам и выложите в салат.

Вареные перепелиные яйца разрежьте пополам и добавьте в салат.

Добавьте тунец, заправьте салат маслом и соком лимона, добавьте соль и перец. Подавайте салат к столу.
