Описание приготовления:

Для приготовления такой закуски понадобится минимальный набор ингредиентов. Основой для таких бутербродов может быть черный или белый хлеб. Хлеб можно использовать свежий или немного поджаренный. Украсить бутерброды можно как петрушкой, так и укропом.

Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Свеклу сварите до готовности и дайте ей полностью остыть. Сельдь почистите и разделайте на филе.

Свеклу очистите от шкурки и натрите на средней терке.

Заправьте свеклу майонезом и хорошо перемешайте.

Возьмите кусочки черного хлеба и намажьте их свеклой.

Сверху выложите нарезанную на маленькие кусочки сельдь и украсьте зеленью.
