Домашняя сгущенка по ГОСТу

Сгущенку можно без особых усилий приготовить в домашних условиях. Получается она ничем не хуже магазинной, наоборот, даже лучше и вкуснее. Готовую сгущенку можно подать к столу с любой выпечкой.

Описание приготовления:

Молоко для приготовления сгущенки можно использовать с любым процентом жирности. Варить ее можно значительно меньше. Хранить готовое сладкое лакомство лучше всего в холодильнике в стеклянной банке, закрыв ее крышкой.

Молочные продукты / Молоко

Ингредиенты:

Молоко — 500 Миллилитров
Сахар — 100 Грамм
Ванилин — 1/4 Чайных ложки

Подготовьте ингредиенты.

В ковш или кастрюлю влейте молоко.

Всыпьте сахар.

Поставьте ковш на огонь. Доведите молоко до кипения, добавьте ваниль, убавьте огонь.

Варите сгущенку до тех пор, пока она не уменьшится в объеме в два раза.
