соль 0,5 ч. ложки
сахар 1 ч. ложка
горчица 1 ч. ложка

Приготовление:

Шаг 1: В чашу блендера налейте 200 мл растительного масла.

Шаг 2: Добавьте 1 ч. ложку горчицы.

Шаг 3: Добавьте 1 ст. ложку лимонного сока.

Шаг 4: Добавьте 0,5 ч. ложки соли.

Шаг 5: Затем добавьте 1 ч. ложку сахара.

Шаг 6: И добавьте 1 куриное яйцо.

Шаг 7: Ножкой погружного блендера закрываем желток.

Шаг 8: И начинаем взбивать на высокой скорости. Через несколько секунд на дне стакана появится белая масса.

Шаг 9: Медленно поднимать вверх ножку блендера. Взбивать пока масса не станет по консистенции довольно густой, кремовой. Если взбить майонез не получилось, то чтобы спасти ситуацию, добавьте в смесь еще одно яйцо, накройте яйцо насадкой блендера, уприте бендер в дно стакана и взбейте еще раз, только в этот раз не спешите поднимать блендер.
