Очень симпатичный завтрак из простых ингредиентов, который можно приготовить своей половинке на романтический завтрак или на день Святого Валентина. Берите на заметку рецепт!

Описание приготовления:

Готовится глазунья сердечком просто и быстро. При желании вы можете добавить внутрь сердечек слегка обжаренный красный болгарский перчик, он не только придаст ароматный вкус, но и сделает белок более красочным.

Подготовьте ингредиенты.

Надрежьте сосиски с одной стороны практически до конца, разверните края, скрепите их зубочисткой, придав сосискам форму сердечек.

Разогрейте в сковороде немного растительного масла, быстро обжарьте сердечки с обеих сторон.

Вбейте в каждое сердечко по небольшому куриному яйцу, прикройте крышкой и готовьте пока белок полностью не побелеет.

Переложите яичницу на тарелку, подавайте со свежими овощами и не забудьте убрать зубочистки. Приятного аппетита!
