  5. Сухая аджика 1/3 ч.л.
  6. Сладкая копченая паприка 1 ч.л.
  7. Картофель 2–3 шт.
  8. Итальянские травы 2/3 ч.л.
  9. Сливочное масло 20–30 гр.
  10. Мясной фарш (ассорти) 500 гр.

Приготовление:

 

Лук и чеснок с водой измельчить в чаше блендера. Смешать фарш с паприкой, луком, водой и чесноком, сухой аджикой, солью. Влажными руками сформировать фрикадельки.

 

Картофель нарезать на кругляшки, толщиной 1-1,5 см., разрезать пополам. Уложить фрикадельки с картофелем в огнеупорную форму, сверху картофель посолить, посыпать итальянскими травами, разложить кусочки сливочного масла, накрыть фольгой. Запекать в духовке при температуре 180*С 40 минут, за 5 минут до готовности снять фольгу для румяной корочки на фрикадельках.
