Предлагаю приготовить кабачки с хрустящей корочкой. Их можно подавать как в качестве гарнира, так и как вкусную полезную закуску. Берите на заметку!
Описание приготовления:
Лучше всего конечно использовать молодые кабачки, но если у вас зрелые, то просто снимите шкурку и удалите семена. Готовится такая закуска быстро и просто, а съедается еще быстрее! Подайте кабачки с соусами и ваши близкие останутся в восторге! Попробуйте!

Все перемешайте и добавьте тертый на мелкой терке сыр.
Перемешайте все еще раз до однородного состояния. Кляр готов.
Кабачки нарежьте кружочками, толщиной 4-5 мм. Натрите со всех сторон солью и перцем по вкусу. Я солю и перчу кабачки партиями, непосредственно перед тем, как отправить их в кляр. Иначе кабачки просто пустят сок.
Обмакните кабачки в кляр и выложите на хорошо разогретую сковороду. Можно обжарить их во фритюре или просто в достаточном количестве растительного масла.
Жарьте с двух сторон до золотистой корочки. Готовые кабачки сначала выкладывайте на бумажное полотенце, чтобы убрать излишки масла, а затем на тарелку для подачи.
