Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить карамелизированную свеклу. Чтобы сбалансировать сладость свеклы, можно посолить и поперчить ее. Вместо рукколы можно использовать шпинат или кейл. Дополнительно можно добавить грецкие или кедровые орехи. Свекла получается очень оригинальной по вкусу, сладковатой, хорошо сочетается с пряной зеленью и мягким сыром. Ее можно добавлять в салаты или подавать на брускетте.
Разогрейте сковороду на среднем огне с небольшим количеством растительного масла. Обжарьте свеклу пару минут, затем влейте бальзамический уксус и тушите еще 3-4 минуты.
Добавьте сахар. Дождитесь, пока начнется процесс карамелизации. Постоянно помешивая, жарьте свеклу до легкого загустения.
Хлеб подсушите до хрустящей корочки в духовке или на гриле.
Выложите в тарелку рукколу, затем карамелизированную свеклу. Украсьте все мягким творожным сыром. Подавайте с поджаренными ломтиками хлеба.
