Готовится карп на овощной подушке просто и быстро. Если у вас зеркальный карп, то это сократит время приготовления. Набор овощей берите по вкусу. Если нет пакета для запекания вполне подойдет рукав. В процессе приготовления овощи и рыба обмениваются вкусами и запахами. Блюдо отличное, вкусное, ароматное, полезное и постное.

Как приготовить «Карп на овощной подушке»
Подготовьте ингредиенты для приготовления карпа на овощной подушке.
Карпа выпотрошите, очистите, обрежьте голову и плавники. Хорошо помойте внутри и снаружи.
Посолите и поперчите внутри и снаружи.
Морковь и лук очистите и помойте, нарежьте произвольно, но не очень мелко. Кабачок помойте и нарежьте.
Выложите овощную подушку в пакет для запекания, посолите и налейте подсолнечное масло.
На овощной подушке в пакете для запекания разместите карпа. Закрепите пакет клипсой и отправьте карпа с овощами в разогретую духовку.
Запекайте рыбу в духовке при температуре 185 градусов 35 минут в пакете. После пакет откройте и дайте рыбе подрумяниться в течение 10 минут. Выложите карпа с овощами на тарелку.
