Предлагаю простое, но очень вкусное блюдо — запечённый картофель в овощном бульоне и белом вине. Оно отлично подойдет для повседневного меню. Томлёный картофель получается сочным и ароматным.
Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить картофель запеченный в вине и овощном бульоне. Для этого рецепта лучше всего подойдёт молодой картофель небольшого размера, но можно взять и крупный, просто очистите и нарежьте его крупными ломтиками. Из специй можно добавить сушёные итальянские травы для аромата. Подавать картофель можно и как отдельное горячее, и как гарнир.

Картофель — 500 Грамм
Овощной бульон — 150 Миллилитров
Вино белое — 80 Миллилитров
Соль — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Черный молотый перец — 1/3 Чайных ложки
Масло растительное — 1-2 Ст. ложек
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука

Как приготовить «Картофель запечённый в вине и овощном бульоне»
Репчатый лук нарежьте тонкими полукольцами. Половину выложите на дно формы для выпечки.
Выложите в форму картофель.
Влейте овощной бульон и вино. Сверху посыпьте солью и чёрным молотым перцем.
Выложите тонким слоем вторую половину репчатого лука. Сверху полейте растительным маслом.
Накройте форму фольгой. Переместите в разогретую до 190 градусов духовку на 30 минут. Затем уберите фольгу, перемешайте картофель и запекайте ещё 20-30 минут до готовности.
