Описание приготовления:
Вы удивитесь новому вкусу привычного блюда! Подавать такое ароматное картофельное пюре лучше всего с запеченной или отварной рыбой, курицей, кроликом. По желанию можно использовать оливковое или подсолнечное масло холодного отжима.

Картофель — 350 Грамм
Базилик — 1/2 Пучка
Соль — 3 Щепотки
Йогурт классический — 60 Миллилитров
Масло растительное — 20 Миллилитров
Лавровый лист — 2-3 Штук
Количество порций: 1-2
Как приготовить «Картофельное пюре с йогуртом и базиликом»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Картофель очистите от кожуры и промойте в воде. Вырежьте червоточинки, если они присутствуют на клубнях.
Клубни нарежьте ломтиками в казан или ковш с антипригарным дном. Добавьте туда же лавровые листья, соль и влейте горячую воду, чтобы она покрыла нарезку картофеля.
Отварите до готовности примерно 15-20 минут. Определить степень готовности картофельной нарезки очень просто, проткните ее ножом или вилкой. Если нарезка мягкая, то она готова. Если плотная, то отварите еще 3-5 минут.
Слейте отвар в чашку, но не выливайте, он вам может понадобиться, если не хватит жидкости для пюре. Извлеките лавровые листья и влейте йогурт любой жирности, но без добавок. Влейте растительное масло и отпюрируйте отваренный картофель в течение 3-4 минут.
Промойте зелень базилика, оборвите листочки со стеблей и измельчите. Добавьте нарезку в горячее картофельное пюре и перемешайте. Накройте крышкой и оставьте блюдо для пропаривания на 5 минут. За это время пюре впитает в себя аромат и вкус свежей зелени.
Выложите вкусное картофельное пюре с базиликом в тарелки и подайте к столу. При остывании оно еще больше загустеет. Источник
