Кефаль — вкусная морская рыба, которую можно приготовить множеством способов. Сегодня мы будем запекать ее с картофелем и овощами в духовке.
Описание приготовления:
Чтобы картофель запекся по времени вместе с рыбой, его желательно предварительно немного отварить. Кроме того, часто картофель, запеченный вместе с помидорами становится водянистый и невкусный, а на предварительно отваренный помидорная кислота не действует. По желанию при подаче рыбу можно посыпать свежим укропом.

Кефаль — 1 Штука
Картофель — 4-5 Штук
Помидоры черри — 5-6 Штук
Лук зеленый — 3-4 Штук
Укроп — По вкусу
Лимон — 1/2 Штуки
Масло растительное — 2-3 Ст. ложек
Соль — По вкусу
Перец — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Кефаль с картошкой в духовке»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Картофель почистите, помойте вместе с помидорами, зеленым луком и укропом.
Почистите кефаль от чешуи, удалите внутренности и жабры. Обязательно уберите пузырь и черную пленку внутри брюшка.
Рыбку посолите и поперчите снаружи в внутри, полейте лимонным соком. Выложите в брюшко пару веточек укропа и несколько ломтиков лимона, отставьте в сторону, пусть пока маринуется.
А пока разрежьте картофель вдоль пополам, выложите в сотейник, залейте водой и отварите минут 5, тогда он будет одинаково готов вместе с кефалью по времени.
Переложите картофель в противень, добавьте нарезанные помидоры и зеленый лук, посолите, поперчите, влейте немного растительного масла.
Тщательно все перемешайте.
Сверху на овощи выложите кефаль, чуть смажьте кожу растительным маслом, отправьте противень в предварительно разогретую до 190 градусов духовку на 30 минут. Готовить нужно в режиме верхнего и нижнего нагрева без конвекции.
Готовую кефаль и овощи переложите на удобное плоское блюдо и подавайте к столу.
