Делюсь рецептом, как приготовить кофе из топинамбура в домашних условиях. Получается полезный напиток с мягким приятным вкусом. Слегка сладковатый, с легкой ореховой ноткой.

Описание приготовления:

По желанию в кофе можно добавить сливки или молоко по вкусу. Чем сильнее вы обжарите или подсушите топинамбур, тем интенсивнее получится вкус напитка.
