Парфе — это холодный десерт из сливок. В этом рецепте предлагаю попробовать парфе из кокосовых сливок. Получается очень вкусно, сладко и необычно!

Описание приготовления:

Подробнее, как приготовить кокосовое парфе, я расскажу ниже. Кокосовое молоко для этого рецепта потребуется высокой жирности (обычно продается в жестяной банке). Мюсли можно заменить на бисквитное печенье, а гранат на любые фрукты по вкусу.

Кокосовое молоко — 200 Грамм
Мюсли — 60-80 Грамм
Гранат — 20-40 Грамм
Сахар — 2-5 Ст. ложек
Ванильный экстракт — 1-2 Капель

Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Кокосовое молоко заранее уберите в холодильник и оставьте на ночь. Затем слейте жидкость, а густую плотную массу используйте для крема.

Миксером взбейте охлажденное кокосовое молоко с сахаром и ванильным экстрактом до однородной консистенции.

Выложите половину кокосового крема в вазочку, сверху посыпьте мюсли.

Выложите оставшийся кокосовый крем, сверху украсьте зернами граната. Уберите десерт охладиться на 1 час в холодильник.

Кокосовое парфе готово, приятного аппетита!
