Компот из ревеня можно сварить и на зиму. Готовится он не сложнее обычного компота и сохраняет все полезные свойства. Кисло-сладкий напиток непременно придется по душе в зимнее время года. Готовим!
Описание приготовления:
При приготовлении компота, регулируйте количество сахара по своему вкусу, но менее 90 грамм на 1 литр воды брать не рекомендуется. Может произойти порча напитка.

Вскипятите воду. Залейте ревень так, чтобы вода перелилась через край. Накройте чистой крышкой и оставьте на 25 минут.
По истечении времени, слейте жидкость. Желательно измерить воду, чтобы рассчитать количество сахара. На 1 литр жидкости необходимо 90-100 грамм сахара. В моем случае как раз получился один литр жидкости. Добавьте сахар и поставьте на огонь. После закипания держите на огне ровно 2 минуты, после снимите. Залейте ревень повторно жидкостью. Сразу же закройте банку, переверните на крышку, накройте теплой тканью и оставьте до полного остывания в таком виде. После можете убрать в прохладное место на хранение.
Из указанного количества ингредиентов получилась 1 баночка объемом 1,5 литра. Вкусных вам заготовок! Источник
