Красочные и румяные котлеты из чечевицы с морковью — замечательное блюдо как для обеда, так и для ужина. Они получаются очень сытными, вкусными, особенно если вы подадите их со сметаной, соусом "Айоли", соленьями или квашеными овощами. Вы можете отварить чечевицу с вечера, чтобы за 10 минут к завтраку или обеду пожарить котлеты.

Вода горячая — 2,5 Стакана
Морковь — 1 Штука
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Масло растительное — 50-60 Миллилитров
Тимьян молотый — 2 Щепотки
Соль — 0,25 Чайных ложки
Яйцо куриное — 1 Штука

Как приготовить «Котлеты из чечевицы с морковью»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты.
Чечевицу тщательно промойте в воде несколько раз, жидкость слейте.
Пересыпьте бобовые в казан или ковш, кастрюлю с антипригарным дном и влейте горячую воду, всыпьте соль. Поместите емкость на плиту и отварите чечевицу примерно 20-25 минут с момента закипания воды, удаляя образовавшуюся пену.
Остудите отварную чечевицу. Очистите морковь и лук от кожуры, промойте в воде и нарежьте лук мелкими кубиками, в морковь натрите на терке с мелкими ячейками. Прогрейте на сковороде 1 ст.л. растительного масла, оставляя его и для жарки котлет. Выложите в масло овощные нарезки и отпассеруйте примерно 3-4 минуты до румяности.
Выложите отварную чечевицу и отпассерованную овощную зажарку в глубокую емкость.
Вбейте куриное яйцо, посолите и поперчите массу. Тщательно все перемешайте вилкой или венчиком.
Прогрейте в сковороде оставшееся растительное масло и выложите в него чечевичную массу, слегка разравнивая ее. Обжарьте около 1-2 минут до румяности.
Переверните котлеты на другую сторону и обжарьте такое же количество времени.
Затем выложите их на тарелку и подайте к столу теплыми вместе со сметаной или чесночным соусом. Источник
