Ковурма лагман

Простой узбекский рецепт невероятно вкусного и ароматного блюда. Приготовить ковурма лагман можно и к семейному ужину, и к приходу гостей.

Описание приготовления:

Вариантов лагмана достаточно много. Хочу предложить еще один бесподобный рецепт — жареный лагман. Блюдо определённо порадует всех любителей не только вкусно, но и плотно покушать. Особенно оценят мужчины! Лапшу для лагмана можно приготовить самим, а можно для экономии времени, купить уже готовую.

Ингредиенты:

Говядина — 400 Грамм
Лапша для лагмана — 250 Грамм
Лук — 1-2 Штук
Помидор — 1-2 Штук
Морковь — 1 Штука
Болгарский перец — 1 Штука
Чеснок — 3 Зубчика
Яйцо — 2 Штуки
Томатная паста — 1 Чайная ложка
Фасоль стручковая — 100 Грамм
Растительное масло — 50 Миллилитров
Соль — По вкусу
Специи — По вкусу (кориандр, зира, перец)

Количество порций: 6-8

Как приготовить «Ковурма лагман»

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

Мясо промойте, обсушите и нарежьте порционными кусочками.

Готовить желательно в любой посуде с толстым дном, у меня казан. Расколите масло, выложите мясо и обжарьте до румяного цвета. В конце можно добавить немного воды и под крышкой тушите до полного выкипания воды и мягкости мяса.

Затем добавьте нарезанный четвертинками лук, соль и специи по вкусу. Перемешайте и обжарьте до мягкости лука.

Добавьте нарезанную соломкой морковь и продолжайте готовить еще 7-10 минут.

Помидоры обдайте кипятком, снимите шкурку и нарежьте кубиками, добавьте к мясу с овощами. В этот же момент добавьте нарезанный соломкой перец, стручковую фасоль, томатную пасту и измельчённый чеснок.

Тушите всё вместе около 3-5 минут.

В подсоленной воде отварите лапшу до состояния "аль денте", воду слейте.

Яйца взбейте с солью и отдельно обжарьте омлет. Нарежьте омлет соломкой.

Добавьте в казан нарезанный омлет и лапшу. Перемешайте, отрегулируйте на соль и тушите на небольшом огне еще 5-10 минут.
