Вкусная, нежная творожная запеканка, которую можно подавать и на завтрак, и на ужин, и в качестве десерта. Подавайте ее теплой или холодной, со сметаной или медом. Отличное сочетание, вкус и польза в одном блюде!

Ингредиенты:
Творог — 500 Грамм
Тыква — 350 Грамм
Яблоко — 2 Штуки
Сметана — 200 Миллилитров
Манная крупа — 2-3 Ст. ложек
Яйца куриные — 2-3 Штук
Сахар — 100 Грамм
Количество порций: 5-7
Как приготовить «Творожная запеканка с тыквой и яблоками»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Для запеканки выберите сухой творог. Сметану можете заменить, по желанию, на кефир, йогурт или другой кисломолочный продукт.
Выложите в миску манную крупу, добавьте сметану, перемешайте и отложите на 10 минут, чтобы манка набухла.
По истечении времени вбейте яйца и добавьте сахар. Если яйца отборные крупные, то достаточно 2 штук, если маленькие — 3 штуки. Количество сахара регулируйте по своему вкусу, это зависит от сладости тыквы и яблок.
К яично-сметанной массе добавьте творог. По желанию можно добавить ваши любимые ароматизаторы, это может быть ванилин, корица, цедра апельсина или лимона и другие.
Для более нежной структуры пробейте творожную массу погружным блендером.
Тыкву и яблоки очистите от семян и кожуры.
Очищенное яблоко нарежьте небольшим кубиком, добавьте в творожную массу.
Тыкву натрите на терке, добавьте к творожной массе и тщательно перемешайте.
Полученную массу выложите в форму для запекания, поставьте в заранее разогретую духовку до 180 градусов на 50-60 минут.
Если форма силиконовая, то смазывать ее не нужно, если другая, то смажьте растительным или сливочным маслом.
Достаньте готовую румяную запеканку из духовки, оставьте ее в форме остыть. Затем аккуратно переверните на блюдо. Подавайте теплой или охлажденной.
