До банальности простое, но безумно вкусное блюдо готовится из тех продуктов, которые имеются под рукой: вареный картофель, колбаса, немного бекона. Заливка — обычный омлет на молоке со специями.
Описание приготовления:
Сытный крестьянский завтрак можно приготовить за 20-25 минут. Если у вас большая семья, то увеличьте норму ингредиентов в 2-3 раза, чтобы хватило всем. По желанию можно добавить и измельченную пряную зелень лука, чеснока, укропа или петрушки.
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Колбасу приобретите вареную, бекон можно использовать как свежий, так и копченый. Картофель отварите заранее и остудите.
Отварной картофель очистите от кожуры, промойте и нарежьте ломтиками, кружочками или кубиками. Влейте в сковороду растительное масло, прогрейте и всыпьте нарезанный картофель. Поджарьте около 2-3 минут.
Нарежьте такими же кубиками колбасу. Добавьте к картофелю.
Нарежьте бекон или выложите его крупными лентами. Поджарьте все еще 2 минуты.
В глубокой емкости взбейте куриные яйца с молоком и молотым черным перцем. Долго взбивать не нужно.
Если вы готовите в чугунной сковороде, то залейте в нее взбитую яичную массу прямо на обжаренные нарезки. Если в другой форме, то сначала выложите в нее обжаренные нарезки и затем залейте взбитой яичной массой. Отправьте форму в разогретую духовку примерно на 20 минут.
Как только омлет пропечется — блюдо полностью готово!
