Описание приготовления:
Кабачок совсем не чувствуется в котлетах, но придает им сочность и воздушность. Если плоды молодые, то очищать их от кожицы и мелких семян необязательно. А вот хорошо созревшие кабачки обязательно очистите от жесткой кожуры и семян. При желании можете добавить любимые специи. Подавайте с любым гарниром или зеленью.

Фарш куриный — 500 Грамм
Кабачок — 250 Грамм
Яйцо — 1 Штука
Соль — По вкусу
Перец черный — По вкусу
Масло растительное — 2 Ст. ложки
Сухари панировочные — 4 Ст. ложки

Как приготовить «Куриные котлеты с кабачком в мультиварке»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления куриных котлет с кабачками. И готовить мы их будем в мультиварке, что позволит использовать меньше растительного масла.
Выложите в миску куриный фарш, лучше из грудки, посолите, поперчите и разбейте яйцо. Все хорошенько перемешайте до однородности.
Кабачок натрите на средней терке и хорошо отожмите. Добавьте кабачок в миску с фаршем и хорошенько перемешайте. Тщательно отбейте фарш до плотной массы.
Разделите готовый фарш на ровное количество и сформируйте мокрыми руками котлетки. Запанируйте в сухарях.
В чашу мультиварки налейте растительное масло и разогрейте в режиме "Жарка".
Обжаривайте котлетки по 10-15 минут, под крышкой, с двух сторон.
