Как приготовить «Куриный суп с сырными шариками и картофелем»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. У меня уже готовый куриный бульон, если у вас его нет, то предварительно отварите любые части курицы в подсоленной воде до готовности, после чего процедите.
В глубокой миске соедините тёртый сыр, размягчённое сливочное масло, яйцо и муку. Добавьте соль по вкусу.
Замесите мягкое и чуть липкое тесто. Соберите его в шар, заверните в целлофановый пакет и уберите в холодильник на 30 минут.
Налейте в кастрюлю куриный бульон и доведите до кипения.
В кипящий бульон опустите нарезанный кубиками картофель. Варите 10-15 минут.
В сковороде обжарьте до мягкости нарезанный кубиками лук и тёртую морковь. В процессе добавьте специи, так они лучше раскроют свой аромат. Переложите содержимое сковороды в кастрюлю.
Достаньте сырное тесто из холодильника и сформируйте небольшие шарики, примерно одного размера. Когда картофель будет почти готов, опустите в бульон сырные шарики и варите 10 минут.
За пару минут до готовности добавьте измельчённую свежую зелень и нарезанный кубиками чеснок.
Куриный суп с сырными шариками и картофелем готов. Дайте ему немного настояться и подавайте к столу.
