Описание приготовления:
Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить лобио из гороха. Фасоль добавляется опционально, можно заменить ее на еще одну порцию гороха. Чтобы горох лучше и быстрее разварился, добавьте при варке щепотку соды.

Ингредиенты:
Фасоль красная консервированная — 200 Грамм
Горох — 150 Грамм
Орехи грецкие — 80-100 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 1-2 Штук
Чеснок — 2-3 Зубчиков
Помидоры — 3 Штуки
Кинза — 1/2 Пучка
Хмели-сунели — 1 Чайная ложка
Перец острый — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Соль — По вкусу
Черный перец молотый — По вкусу
Количество порций: 2-4
Как приготовить «Лобио из гороха»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты. Горох предварительно замочите в воде на 4-6 часов.
Слейте воду, промойте горох и залейте чистой водой. Отварите горох до мягкости.
Часть гороха и консервированной фасоли разомните вилкой, часть оставьте целым.
Мелко порубите репчатый лук и кинзу, чеснок пропустите через пресс. Помидоры бланшируйте в горячей воде. Очистите от кожицы и нарежьте кубиками. Грецкие орехи подсушите на сухой сковороде и измельчите в мелкую крошку.
Лук обжарьте на сковороде до прозрачности.
Добавьте в сковороду помидоры. Приправьте всеми специями и посолите. Потушите пару минут.
Затем горох и фасоль, кинзу, чеснок и грецкие орехи. Потушите все вместе 5 минут.
