Маффины «Фитнес»

Маффины "Фитнес" можно приготовить к чаю в качестве угощения или подать как перекус. Получаются они немного хрустящими, но это и делает их особенными. Подавать к столу можно с компотом или чаем.

Описание приготовления:

Маффины "Фитнес" готовятся очень просто, так как достаточно просто смешать все ингредиенты в миске. В них также можно добавить тертое яблоко или банан, в таком случае маффины будут более сладкими по вкусу.

В миску к овсяным хлопьям вбейте куриное яйцо.

Всыпьте разрыхлитель.

Выложите вымытый изюм.

Хорошо все перемешайте. Оставьте массу буквально на 10 минут.

Разложите массу в силиконовые формочки.

Отправьте их в разогретую до 190 градусов духовку на 20-25 минут.
