Делюсь рецептом простого, но очень вкусного маринованного ассорти из овощей. Его можно заготовить на зиму. Это готовая закуска, которая подойдёт почти к любому блюду.

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить маринованное овощное ассорти. Соотношение овощей вы можете менять на свой вкус. Из овощей также можно добавить редис, кабачок или цветную капусту. Такая заготовка разнообразит повседневное меню в зимнее время, когда нет большого разнообразия свежих овощей.

Все овощи тщательно помойте. Нарежьте лук кольцами или полукольцами. Огурцы и болгарский перец крупными ломтиками. Чеснок очистите, разрежьте пополам. Укроп нарезать не нужно, просто отделите веточки от стебля.
Заполните чистую стерилизованную банку овощами слоями.
Для маринада доведите воду до кипения. Добавьте сахар, соль и перец горошком. Проварите 3 минуты, в конце влейте уксус.
Влейте горячий маринад в банку.
Закройте герметично крышкой. Банку переверните вверх дном и оставьте так до полного остывания.
После заготовку можно убрать в прохладное темное место на хранение. Маринованное овощное ассорти готово! Источник
