Мармелад из грейпфрута

Готовим мармелад из грейпфрута. Рецепт простой и несложный, мармелад будем готовить на агар-агаре. Он подойдет для постного меню и тех, кто придерживается полностью растительной диеты.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить мармелад из грейпфрута. Вместо свежевыжатого сока можно взять пакетированный. Количество сахара регулируйте на свой вкус. Получается сладкий, вкусный десерт, которым можно побаловать себя с чаем.

Грейпфрут — 2 Штуки
Агар-агар — 1,5 Чайных ложки
Сахар — 20-40 Грамм

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

Из грейпфрута выжмите сок. Нам потребуется 200-250 мл.

В небольшом количестве сока размешайте порошок агар-агара. Отложите в сторону.

Перелейте оставшийся сок в кастрюлю, добавьте сахар и доведите до кипения. Влейте разведенный агар-агар, снова доведите до кипения. Проварите 30 секунд.

Перелейте слегка загустевшую жидкость в формочки или пищевой контейнер. Уберите застывать на 1-2 часа в холодильник.
