Масло с розмарином и чесноком подчеркнет вкус ваших блюд. Это может быть мясо, рыба или обычный овощной салат. Я использую такое масло для различных блюд. Аромат получается невероятный!
Описание приготовления:
Ароматнейшее масло с розмарином и чесноком даже пресное мясо или рыбу сделает намного вкуснее. А салаты, заправленные этим маслом, заиграют новыми красками и ароматами! Для любителей остренького, рекомендую добавить половинку перчика чили.
Основной ингредиент:
Овощи / Чеснок / Зелень / Розмарин / Растительное масло / Оливковое масло Блюдо:
Соусы / К мясу / К птице / К рыбе / К салату / Заправки для салатов
Ингредиенты:
Масло оливковое — 250 Миллилитров
Свежий розмарин — 2-3 Штук (веточки)
Чеснок — 3-4 Зубчика
Лимон — 2 Дольки
Прованские травы — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Соль — По вкусу
Черный молотый перец — По вкусу
Количество порций: 5-7
Как приготовить «Масло с розмарином и чесноком»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты. Используйте нерафинированное масло высшего качества "Extra virgin". Желательно взять свежий розмарин, если такого не найдете, то замените на сушеный.
В небольшой ковшик налейте масло и подогрейте его, примерно до 40-50 градусов. Доводить до кипения не нужно!
Добавьте 1-2 веточку розмарина, 2 крупных зубчика чеснока (нарезав на половинки), прованские травы (по желанию, но с ними получается ароматнее), дольки лимона и по желанию соль и черный молотый перец.
Прогрейте при минимальном нагреве еще минутку, снимите с плиты. Оставьте масло остыть и напитаться ароматом чеснока и трав.
В подходящую тару для масла добавьте пару зубчиков чеснока и свежий розмарин — 1-2 веточки.
Влейте остывшее масло вместе с лимоном, чесноком и розмарином. Поставьте в темное место на 3 суток настояться. По истечению времени можно масло процедить, а можно оставить так, но в этом случае срок использования будет короче и хранить его нужно в холодильнике.
Хранить масло необходимо в темном и прохладном месте. Можете хранить в холодильнике, но перед употреблением, баночку немного встряхните.

По истечению 3 суток, лимон рекомендую выкинуть, чтобы он не заплесневел и не испортил вкус масла. Источник
