На небольшом огне начинаем готовить сахарный сироп. В место где сахар плавится, добавляем еще сахара.

Шаг 2

Когда сироп стал коричневого цвета, выключаем огонь и добавляем соду. Активно перемешиваем.

Шаг 3

Выливаем сироп на пекарскую бумагу или силиконовый коврик. Данного количества хватит на 4 штуки. Ждем пока остынет около 1 минуты! Зависит от толщины карамели. И металлической формой продавливаем карамель, но не до конца. Даем остыть и готово!
