В сезон свежих, ароматных, молодых овощей, самое время наслаждаться ими по полной. Сегодня готовим необычный вариант — паста с баклажанами и кабачками. Получается легкий и очень вкусный обед.
Описание приготовления:
Все привыкли видеть пасту с мясом, птицей, беконом, но поверьте, овощной вариант ничуть не хуже. Такая паста понравится многим, особенно тем, кто придерживается правильного питания или не использует мясо в своем рационе. Подавать такие макароны можно самостоятельно либо с гарнирами из свежих овощей, также можно дополнительно приготовить соус.

Кабачки сполосните и просушите, после нарежьте кабачки дольками.
Баклажаны сполосните и просушите, после также нарежьте брусочками.
В сковороде прогрейте растительное масло, выложите кабачки и баклажаны, жарьте 5-7 минут — до готовности.
Макароны отварите отдельно, согласно инструкции на упаковке. Готовые макароны добавьте в сковороду к овощам. Всыпьте сюда же соль, перец, паприку и специи по вкусу.
Перемешайте все и прогрейте пасту несколько минут. Готовое блюдо подавайте к столу.
