Когда желе будут готовы, приступить к приготовлению сметанного желе.

Шаг 2

Желатин залить горячим молоком, дать набухнуть.
Тем временем, в большой форме взбить сметану с сахаром до пузырьков, влить молоко с желатином.
Еще немного взбить.

Шаг 3

Цветное желе порезать кубиками и переложить большую форму к сметанному желе.
Аккуратно перемешать, чтобы кубики смешались и убрать в холодильник до полного застывания.
