Делюсь рецептом печенья из кокосовой стружки. Любители кокосового вкуса точно будут в восторге! Оно получается мягким, рассыпчатым и невероятно ароматным. Готовится легко и просто!

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить коксовое печенье. Вместо изюма можно добавить шоколадные капли или вяленую вишню. Сироп топинамбура можно заменить любым другим жидким подсластителем, главное, чтобы он был не очень жидким.

Орехи / Кокос / Кокосовая стружка
Блюдо:
Выпечка / Печенье / Сладкое

Ингредиенты:

  • Кокосовая стружка  — 1 Стакан
  • Изюм  — 1/4 Стакана
  • Рисовая мука  — 1/4 Стакана
  • Сироп топинамбура  — 4-5 Ст. ложек
  • Молоко  — 6-7 Ст. ложек

Подготовьте все ингредиенты.

В большой миске смешайте 5 ложек молока и 2 ложки сиропа топинамбура. Перемешайте до однородности.
