Морской окунь — 1 Килограмм
Лук репчатый — 2-3 Штук (крупного размера)
Соль — По вкусу
Базилик — По вкусу (сушеный)
Лимон — 1/2 Штуки (среднего размера)
Сливочное масло — 70 Грамм

Как приготовить «Морской окунь на луковой подушке в духовке»
Морского окуня вымойте, очистите от чешуи и чёрной пленки в брюшке. Сделайте несколько разрезов на тушке. Полейте свежевыжатым лимонным соком, приправьте базиликом и посолите по вкусу. Отставьте в сторону мариноваться.
Репчатый лук очистите, нарежьте тонкими полукольцами. Возьмите жаропрочную, просторную форму. Выложите половину указанного количества сливочного масла. На масло выложите лук, чтобы он полностью покрыл дно формы. Слегка посолите, посыпьте базиликом. Разложите остатки сливочного масла. Поставьте в духовку разогретую до 180 градусов на 15 минут.
Через указанное время достаньте лук из духовки. Он пустит сок и начнет покрываться корочкой. До полной готовности лук доводить не нужно.
На луковую подушку выложите подготовленную рыбу. Верните форму в духовку и запекайте рыбу 20-25 минут. Учитывайте особенности своей духовки.
Через указанное время, морской окунь покроется румяной корочкой. Достаньте форму из духовки. Сервируйте по своему вкусу и подавайте к столу.
