Описание приготовления:
Мясо с баклажанами, запеченное в горшочках простое, но очень вкусное и сытное блюдо. Мясо получается нежным, а баклажаны не разваливаются, а остаются кусочками. Можно добавить любые специи по вашему вкусу и мелко резаный чеснок. Сметана нужна жирная, хорошего качества, иначе она просто свернется и испортит вкус готового блюда.

Свинина — 300 Грамм (филе)
Баклажан — 2 Штуки
Лук репчатый — 1 Штука
Сметана 20% — 2 Ст. ложки
Специи — 1/2 Чайных ложки
Масло растительное — 3 Ст. ложки
Соль — По вкусу

Как приготовить «Мясо с баклажанами в горшочках в духовке»
Подготовьте все необходимые ингредиенты для приготовления мяса с баклажанами в горшочках в духовке. Овощи вымойте и обсушите.
У баклажана отрежьте кончики и порежьте крупным кубиком. Выложите его в миску, посолите, залейте холодной водой и оставьте на 20 минут. Слейте воду и промойте овощ холодной водой и дайте ей полностью стечь.
Репчатый лук почистите и мелко порежьте. В сковороду налейте растительное масло, разогрейте и обжарьте лук в течение 5-7 минут, перемешивая на среднем огне.
Свинину сполосните, обсушите и порежьте кубиком размером 1*1 сантиметр. Выложите мясо в сковороду с луком и перемешайте.
Прибавьте огонь и обжаривайте мясо в течение 10-15 минут, до полуготовности. Всыпьте специи, посолите и перемешайте, снимите с огня.
В горшочки выложите кусочки баклажанов, посолите и перемешайте.
Сверху выложите обжаренное мясо.
Поверх мяса выложите сметану.
Закройте горшочки крышкой и поставьте в горячую духовку. Готовьте мясо с баклажанами в течение одного часа при температуре 180 градусов. Затем достаньте горшочки и подавайте к столу.
