Как приготовить «Молодая капуста тушеная с грибами и сосисками»
Подготовьте ингредиенты. Лук и морковь почистите, помойте и обсушите вместе с зеленью. Грибы очистите чистой кухонной губкой, помойте капусту, стряхните всю воду.
Разогрейте в сковороде немного растительного масла, выложите в него нарезанные сосиски, обжарьте до румяной корочки с обеих сторон. Снимите сосиски на тарелку.
