Предлагаю простой рецепт мороженого без вреда. Оно получается очень сладким и сливочным, хотя в составе нет сахара и ничего молочного. Такое мороженое содержит совсем немного калорий.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить диетическое мороженое. В качестве заменителя сахара я использую эритрит, также можно взять стевию. Вместо замороженной вишни подойдут любые другие ягоды на ваш вкус. Бананы я рекомендую использовать спелые, они дадут более кремовую консистенцию мороженому.

Ингредиенты:

  • Банан  — 2 Штуки
  • Вишня замороженная  — 50 Грамм
  • Заменитель сахара  — По вкусу
  • Ароматизатор сливочно-ванильный  — 2-3 Капель
