Делюсь рецептом мороженого на основе кокосовых сливок. Готовится оно просто в формочках, без мороженицы. Мороженое получается сливочным, кремовым, с узнаваемым кокосовым вкусом.

Описание приготовления:

Ниже я расскажу подробнее, как приготовить мороженое из кокосовых сливок. Вместо вишни можно использовать любую другую ягоду на ваш вкус. Также можно добавить какао-порошок, если хотите сделать шоколадное мороженое. Ксантановую камедь я добавляю, чтобы консистенция была более гладкой и сливочной, без льдинок, но можно обойтись и без нее. Десерт отлично подойдет для жаркого летнего дня!

  • Ксантановая камедь  — 1/3 Чайных ложки
