Очень сытное блюдо из картофеля готовится в домашних условиях за считанные минуты, если вы заранее отварите или запечете картофельные клубни. Подавайте его со сливочным или сырным соусом, приправив различными пряностями и специями по вкусу.

Картофель — 3 Штуки
Сыр "Горгонзолла" — 80 Грамм
Сливки 10% — 100 Миллилитров
Яйцо куриное — 1 Штука (мелкое)
Мука пшеничная — 1 Стакан (130 грамм)
Соль — 1-2 Щепоток
Перец черный молотый — 1 Щепотка
Тимьян сушеный — 1 Щепотка (молотый)

Как приготовить «Ньокки с горгонзолой»
Подготовьте указанные ингредиенты. Картофель можете запечь, отварить в кожуре или отварить очищенным в воде без соли.
Отварной картофель помните вилкой без добавления жидкости. Это очень важно — жидкость не добавляйте! Затем вбейте в массу куриное яйцо, всыпьте специи и пряности. Многие не добавляют белок, но именно благодаря ему ньокки не распадаются при варке! Тщательно перемните еще раз всю картофельную массу.
Всыпьте пшеничную муку высшего сорта и вмешайте в массу, оставляя примерно треть ее для раскатки.
Сформируйте из картофельного теста колбаску и выложите ее на рабочую поверхность, присыпав мукой.
Нарежьте тесто на части шириной по 1-1,5 см. Помните, что ньокки увеличатся в размерах при варке. В таком виде заготовку можно заморозить в виде полуфабриката.
Вскипятите воду и выложите в нее заготовки по одной, отваривая примерно 5-7 минут до увеличения в размерах.
На сковороду влейте сливки и раскрошите сыр, всыпьте 1 ч. л. пшеничной муки и перемешайте. Всыпьте щепотку соли.
Доведите соус до легкого загустения. По желанию можете вмешать в него немного сливочного масла и молотого тимьяна.
Выложите картофельные ньокки на тарелку и полейте сырным соусом. Подайте к столу теплыми. Источник
