Описание приготовления:
Цветная капуста приготовленная по-итальянски может быть не менее вкусная, чем итальянская паста и пицца. Рецепт очень простой и быстрый, отличный вариант для семейного ужина. Подробности в пошаговом рецепте.

Отварите капусту в подсоленной воде 5 минут с момента закипания, откиньте на дуршлаг.
Мелко порежьте лук и вяленые томаты.
Обжарьте лук и вяленые томаты на оливковом масле.
Добавьте в сковороду томатную пассату, прогрейте примерно 3-4 минуты.
Смажьте растительным маслом форму для запекания, выложите отварную цветную капусту, подсолите по вкусу, посыпьте ароматными травами.
Залейте сверху томатным соусом со сковороды.
Посыпьте тертым сыром, запекайте при температуре 180 градусов примерно 20 минут.
Подавайте запеченную цветную капусту по-итальянски посыпав свежей зеленью. Это может быть как самостоятельное блюдо, так и гарнир. Очень вкусно! Источник
