Крем из маскарпоне и сгущенки

Один из самых простых и вкусных кремов, приготовленных всего из двух ингредиентов за считанные минуты. А применение его очень разнообразное, от оформления тортов до изготовления десертов.

Описание приготовления:

Продукты должны быть холодные, тогда вы точно будете иметь представление о плотности крема. Взбивать крем лучше всего в прохладном помещении, так как от тепла крем может стать жиже. Если это случилось, уберите крем на какое-то время в холодное место для стабилизации. Количество сгущенки я указала не конкретное, так как все зависит от желаемой консистенции и для чего он нужен. Поэтому добавляйте именно понемногу. Если вам не хватает сладости, просто добавьте для вкуса сахарную пудру.

Молочные продукты / Сыр / Сгущенка / Маскарпоне

Маскарпоне — 250 Грамм
Молоко сгущенное — 50-150 Грамм
