Свинина — 200-250 Грамм (для фарша)
Картофель — 250-300 Грамм
Капуста белокочанная — 350 Грамм
Сладкий перец — 100 Грамм
Лук репчатый — 50 Грамм
Морковь — 70 Грамм
Томатная паста — 2 Ст. ложки
Масло растительное — 50 Грамм
Специи — По вкусу
Вода — 0,5 Стакана

Как приготовить «Овощное рагу с тефтелями»
Подготовьте все ингредиенты.
Перекрутите свинину на мясорубке, добавьте соль, черный перец по вкусу. Перемешайте фарш — это заготовка для тефтелей.
Сформируйте маленькие тефтели и обжарьте их в сковороде с добавлением небольшого количества масла. Обжаривайте быстро до золотистой корочки, около 5 минут, помешивая.
Почистите лук и морковку, нарежьте лук кубиками, а морковку натрите на терке.
Нарежьте крупными кусочками капусту.
В кастрюле разогрейте немного масла, всыпьте капусту, лук и морковку. Обжаривайте овощи 3-4 минуты помешивая. Добавьте специи по вкусу.
Добавьте нарезанную дольками картошку, посолите и перемешайте с овощами. Тушите 10 минут.
Затем добавьте в кастрюлю нарезанный сладкий перец и жареные тефтели.
Разбавьте томатную пасту водой, влейте соус в кастрюлю и тушите рагу с тефтелями 15 минут до полной готовности.
