Аппетитная заготовка на зиму — салат "Вдоль по огороду". Он получается очень вкусным, аппетитным и ярким. Все, что есть на огороде, спрячем в банку, а зимой будем наслаждаться шикарным салатом.
Описание приготовления:
Для салата возьмем капусту, морковь, лук, перец и помидоры. Предлагаю сюда добавить немного томатной пасты, получится очень вкусно. Помимо самостоятельной подачи, такой салат можно добавить даже в процессе приготовления рагу.

Капуста — 300 Грамм
Перец сладкий — 100 Грамм
Морковь — 100 Грамм
Лук — 100 Грамм
Помидоры — 200 Грамм
Масло растительное — 50 Миллилитров
Вода — 200 Миллилитров
Уксус 9% — 30 Миллилитров
Соль — 1 Чайная ложка
Сахар — 1 Чайная ложка
Томатная паста — 1 Ст. ложка

Как приготовить «Салат "Вдоль по огороду"»
Подготовьте ингредиенты.
Верхние капустные листья удалите. Нарежьте капусту тонкими полосками.
Очистите лук и сполосните, нарежьте кубиками. Морковь очистите и натрите на средней терке.
Помидоры сполосните и просушите, удалите место роста плодоножки. Нарежьте томаты кубиками.
Сладкий перец очистите и нарежьте полосками, добавьте ко всем овощам.
В сковороде прогрейте масло, выложите все овощи, поджарьте пару минут, после добавьте воду.
Добавьте в сковороду томатную пасту, соль и сахар.
Тушите капусту 30 минут, в конце приготовления добавьте уксус.
Разложите салат по стерильным банкам и сразу закатайте, поставьте дном вверх и укройте одеялом, оставьте на сутки в покое. Храните в кладовке или погребе.
